The Ontario Soccer Association (OSA) is committed to providing a sport and
work environment in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity.
Each individual has the right to participate and work in an environment
which promotes equal opportunities and prohibits discriminatory practices. The
OSA is committed to providing an environment free of harassment on the basis of
race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation,
marital and family status or disability.
The OSA has established a Harassment Policy and has organized a panel of
District Harassment Officers (DHO) across the province.
This policy
applies to all employees as well as to all directors, officers, volunteers,
coaches, referees, administrators, athletes and members or registrants of the
OSA. The OSA encourages the reporting of all incidents of harassment to the
local District Harassment Office.
